In this pantas44 Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

To become a pantas44 member, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registration requirements include:

Each individual is only permitted to hold ONE active account on the pantas44 platform at any one time. Pantas44 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following Malaysian digital payment methods:

Deposit Limit:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per transaction.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name.

Withdrawal Limit:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pantas44 platform and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Suspected or proven involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Requests from relevant law enforcement authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request voluntary account termination at any time by contacting the pantas44 support team. For accounts terminated by the member, any valid remaining funds will be processed for withdrawal within 14 business days once all conditions have been met.

For accounts terminated due to a breach of terms, pantas44 reserves the right to withhold and/or forfeit all or part of any remaining balance, bonuses, and pending winnings, depending on the nature of the violation.

Pantas44 provides its platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• Pantas44 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through the use of the platform, including losses arising from betting.

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit – Set a limit on how much you can deposit within a chosen time period.
